About
I am currently a MSCA Postdoctoral researcher at Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Blanes in Spain. I am originally from Adelaide, Australia which is where I completed my PhD. My expertise lie in environmental DNA methods, from recovering trace DNA and developing novel analytical methods, to using eDNA for biodiversity assessments in marine ecosystems. I have a special interest in seagrass ecosystems and apply eDNA, in combination with other survey techniques, to monitor biodiversity in these habitats through space and time and use this to better conserve and restore these important ecosystems.
